As part of the designer's supervision, we supervise the course of the project and we check that the works are carried out according to the design so you can ultimately enjoy the beautiful interior of your property.
We consult and discuss the design with all contractors and specialists involved in the finishing works of the property
We order materials and monitor deliveries
We coordinate the work of contractors, monitor the dates of measurements and assembly
We verify the contractors’ works and their progress
We perform acceptance tests after the completion of the main stages of works, i.e. demolition and construction of new walls, electrical installation, plumbing, plasterboard installation, floor laying, tile installation, sanitary ware installation, and furniture installation.

It is a list in which we provide detailed information about the materials or furniture used in the design.
We provide specific quantities needed in the property finishing, such as model, name, or price.
DESIGNER'S SUPERVISION
We make sure that the interior is made according to the design. The basic designer’s supervision usually consists of 3 visits to the construction site to check whether the works progress according to the design. They usually take place after the completion of important stages of finishing works, i.e.: electrical wiring installation, plumbing installation, building walls, and structures indicated in the design.
We stay in regular e-mail contact and telephone contact with contractors and investors at every stage of implementation.
THE COURSE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN
THE DESIGN PROCESS IS DIVIDED INTO THREE STAGES:
STAGE 1:
Preparation of an individual price offer – This will happen during our first conversation, based on which we will prepare an individual price offer, and discuss the principles of cooperation and the course of the design. Our conversation may take the form of a phone call, online meeting, or email exchange and is non-binding.
Signing the contract – The first meeting consists of setting a date and signing the contract, as well as your first payment, which is a guarantee of starting working on the design.

Performing of measured survey – taking detailed measurements of the existing property. We measure the rooms so that we can accurately prepare technical drawings. In Szczecin and the surrounding area, taking measured surveys is included in the price of the design. In the case of properties located more than 100 km away, we rely on floor plans or measurements provided by the client. We can also conduct measured surveys outside the Szczecin area for an additional fee, which we agree on individually. During the measured survey, we carry out a detailed analysis of the space we are to design. In addition to taking measurements, it involves observations of natural light, the arrangement of windows and doors, or existing decor elements. Thanks to this, we can confront your needs and visions with the implementation possibilities.
Analysis of your needs – We write down a list of wishes or important comments, set a budget, analyze the inspirations you have collected, and get to know your taste. On this basis, we prepare design guidelines that will be the knowledge base for the design preparation. We try to get to know you better so that we can prepare the most personalized design for your space and respond to all your needs. Preparation of functional layouts and preliminary design solutions in the form of floor plans of three proposals. We present various variants of room arrangements and choose the one that suits you best. Individual layouts can be combined and mixed so that you are satisfied with the final result.
Preparation of visualizations – Based on the previously approved functional layout, we prepare a 3D model of your property and create realistic visualizations. This is the most creative stage, during which the concept is created. In the visualizations, you can see what the interiors of your property will look like after finishing. We show colors, choose materials, and suggest furniture and lighting. Depending on the selected package, you can request two or three corrections. After selecting the final version of the visualization, we move on to the next, second stage of design work.
Preliminary selection of finishing materials – After approving the visualization, we select the finishing materials that we will use in your interiors. Materials and their colors, textures, and structures are always selected on the basis of samples of actual materials and pattern books. We can meet together in the interior design showrooms so that you can view and accept the material we propose. However, if you do not have the time or you are in another city, do not worry. We will try to indicate the showrooms, and shops that you can visit in your free time.
STAGE 2:
- Preparation of technical drawings – This is the most meticulous stage of the design, as we prepare technical documentation in the form of executive drawings, floor plans, and view details. The drawings we prepare are very detailed, which will allow contractors to finish the interiors as we showed them earlier in the visualizations and will protect them from unnecessary errors, mistakes, or understatements.
As a standard, technical drawings include:
- Building plan – functional layout with, e.g., possible demolitions, newly designed walls, plasterboard structures, shifts of door openings, dimensions, etc.
- Plan with arrangement – functional layout with described furniture and equipment
- Color plan – we indicate the colors of individual walls, plasterboards, and ceilings
- Plan with lighting and electricity – new electrical and lighting points, or correction of existing ones drawn
- Plan of water and sewage systems – determination of possible changes in hydraulic points or determination of new ones;
- Flooring plan – a drawing of the floor layout, indicating the floor slats and a list of proposed materials in m2 or rm.
- Drawings of plasterboard structures – layout of possible suspended ceilings and designed plasterboard buildings;
- Technical drawings of bathroom and kitchen rooms – layout of bathroom and kitchen wall tiles, views of walls, technological plans
- Drawings of custom-made furniture – kitchen furniture, recesses, wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, wardrobe, and other custom-made furniture, e.g. tables, consoles, etc.
STAGE 3:
Preparation of a list of finishing materials and equipment – We make an inventory of all materials used in the design needed to finish your property. We indicate their quantity, names, models, manufacturers, and prices, as well as stores where you can buy them. For the sake of quality, we always offer materials from proven manufacturers and stores.
We select:
Finishing materials for furniture: fronts, countertops, bodies
Wall finishing materials: stone, veneered boards, wall tiles, mosaics, stoneware, sinters, moldings, wallpaper, etc.
Floor finishing materials – panels, tiles, boards, skirting boards, etc.
Interior doors – we describe the direction of door opening, and door accessories, i.e. lock, handles, type of door frame, etc.
Ceramics and sanitary fittings – washbasins, bathtubs, toilet bowls, shower cabins, faucets, etc.
Lamps and light fixtures – all types of light used in the design
Furniture – all ready-made furniture that has not been made to measure
Household appliances – we specify their size and color
WHAT SHOULD YOU PAY ATTENTION TO?
Every design is priced individually depending on the size of the area and the degree of complexity of the design. The cost of designing a 50-90 m2 apartment will be different, than the one of a house with an area of over 100 m2

We have extensive experience in carrying out designs remotely. We carried out designs in Poland, Italy, France and Spain. We have well-developed ways for efficient remote cooperation. Thanks to modern technological possibilities and the Internet, cooperation with us is convenient and, above all, effective at every stage of the design. We conduct meetings with the investor online and by phone, and we send all arrangements and the design by e-mail in the form of PDF files.
During the design works, we prepare an indicative list of expenses related to the implementation of the design. We want the Client to know as soon as possible what costs they have to take into account. Thanks to cooperation with contractors, we can estimate the prices of labor and custom-made elements. At the end of the design, we prepare a list of equipment with specific prices for individual products and materials used in the design. Depending on the scope of cooperation, we also attach attachments with quotes from individual contractors and interior design showrooms.
Meetings take place during several stages and may vary depending on the specific design.
The first step is usually to schedule an initial consultation. This can be an in-person meeting or a remote one, e.g., over the phone or online.
During this meeting, we would like to learn about your needs, goals, and expectations regarding the design. It is also an opportunity for you to present your ideas and visions.
