Classic Apartment

The apartment occupies the first floor and attic of a pre-war villa. The comprehensive design included architectural and construction design and interior design with all installations. The investor wanted to adapt the old attic and create an open space for the whole family and rooms for children. The lower floor was designed from scratch. A new arrangement of partition walls was created, thanks to which it was possible to divide all the rooms more functionally.
